All I can keep thinking is just: I know better.
I know better!
I know better than to doubt and worry and despair, I know better than to harbor misconceptions, run away, and repeat mistakes, I know better than to think the way the world thinks, feel the way the world feels, want the things the world wants.
LORD, have mercy on my soul. Lead me in Your righteousness!
