We cooked and ate a TON (our dinner menus included: day1 - pasta&tomato sauce, salmon, vegetables; day2 - fried rice, shrimp&tofu, bulgogi; day 3 - steak, grilled broccoli/asparagus/peppers/portobello mushrooms/tofu, mashed potatoes, fettuccine alfredo), played Settlers of Catan/Big Two/Egyptian Rat Screw/Bananagrams/Mafia/the bowl game, went skiing/snowboarding, sometimes ran out of water, listened to chill music, went to a grocery store in the Poconos (according to Winslow, when else would we be able to do that?), went paintballing with 2011, watched the first Matrix and the first LOTR, tried to figure out how Snuggies are actually worn, prayed some here and there (for food LOL), slept very little, accumulated a bunch of random/weird quotes (as Robyn put it, "yes, they really said that" quotes), and became more akin to a family :)
Hope more of 2012 can join us next year! (Andrew and Christine think we should start planning now :P)
