Just like the weather here these days. I am so jealous of Georgia, with their 52 degree highs compared to our 30 degree highs (that actually feel like 21 degree ones.)
I really want a hot chocolate from WaWa right now, but it's late, and I vowed not to eat/drink anything more than 50 calories after 11:00 pm unless I must. And this is not a must.
I also really wish I had super warm gloves/mittens. And an ankle-length down feather coat. And a release from my current academic schedule. And breakfast in bed. And Christmas music. And a working fireplace with floor pillows galore. And a significant other to warm my frozen hands? Hm. Perhaps not that last one.
But always, for some reason, as it nears Thanksgiving and Christmas, I just get cravings for constant warmth, literal and metaphorical. And I always start having the weirdest dreams.
So, I am wary of dreams. And the cold. And comfort food late at night.

hm, referring to the dream again? :)
thanksgiving and christmas do feel warm. the symbolic family hearth concept just sort of warms us up.
